Separate it from the flock, Gently try regular eye drops (Optrex or similar)being careful not to get it in its beak or nose. Keep the bird away from any dust and spray the cage (WITHOUT THE BIRD IN IT) with a fly mite - spray. Make sure fresh food and is water available and see what happens OR take it to a vet and have a few hundred dollars in your purse. Good Luck!
