Glug and Grub - Pink

Delivery was really fast, the glug leaked due to a poor join in the plastic but omlet replaced it without any question. Have ordered some more as my girls love them, plus cleaning them is a doddle so my girls stay healthy and happy.

I really wish I had purchased the glug and grub as soon as I started out with my chickens, but because it was slightly more expensive than conventional feeders and drinkers, I didn't. After a few months of my girls standing in and knocking over the dish with their food every day and leaving poo in the rim of the drinker, I decided to opt for the glug and grub, and have not regretted it one moment! Hardly any food goes to waste now and the water is much easier to refill than the previous drinker I used. An attractive, very practical product!

We ordered an additional grub and glug at the beginning of March when we rehomend 3 ex battery hens - they had no trouble getting used to them but we found that the inside rim of the opening were quite sharp compared to the original ones that came with our Eglu.

I didn't like the Glug and Grub as it actually caused my hens to fall out. I have 3 hens and there are 2 openings on the Glug and the Grub. Where I used to watch them eating together peacefully from the carousel, with this new feeder, there is discord. So I've put back the old style carousel feeder. The Glug and Grub are still there, but they never seem to use them.

I bought these as my regular feeder kept getting flooded in the heavy rain. the grub is fantastic, in the time that I've had not one bit of food has been spoiled. i had to reinforce the chicken wire as the grub and glug are quite heavy when full but otherwise they are perfect, i love them!
