Introduction to Chicken Keeping Hosted by Cheryl Arvidson

This is an introductory session for people who are thinking about keeping chickens. It is divided between theoretical and practical learning, including a look at the different breeds and housing we have and the chance to handle our birds.

A second adult from the same family is £30 and children (5 to 16) are £5, both BY ARRANGEMENT. Payment for these places can be made on the day.

A pleaseant way to spend an evening, watching hens going to bed with a glass or two or a beer!  Refreshments, and nibbles are supplied. This is a very informal evening, great fun, you can see for yourself how easy they all go to bed! This eveningt doesn't end till the birds have gone to bed, normally about 9.30pm.  So if you know nothing about chickens and want to keep chickens! Pop along and see me! Chickens are a wonderful addition to family life.
