This course is suitable for beginners who just want to see a different passionate chicken keeper in action! (I know that chickens are addictive!) Refreshments, and nibbles are supplied. During the workshop you will feel foods, chickens, bedding, see poop, and see what chickens do, smell like (they don't smell, it's a fable they smell horrible!)  So if you know nothing about chickens and want to keep chickens! Introduction to Chicken Keeping Hosted by Cheryl Arvidson

This is an introductory session for people who are thinking about keeping chickens. It is divided between theoretical and practical learning, including a look at the different breeds and housing we have and the chance to handle our birds.
