If you’re not totally thrilled with your new Omlet products, please tell us so we can try and put things right. To this end, please hold onto the original packaging until you’re 100% satisfied. Provided it’s within 180 days, we’ll always take it back.
Just send it back to us with your details. If your pet’s used it, please give it a clean first!
If your item is less than 5kg and smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) in any one dimension then please use the link below to the Royal Mail website, where you can easily create a free returns label. This can be attached to your returning parcel, taken to the post office who will return it to Omlet for free. Please note that if you have two parcels you will need to print out two separate labels. If your item is over 5kg and larger than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) in any one dimension please contact customer services with your order number and we’ll arrange a free courier collection on a weekday to suit you. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have your parcel, we’ll check and process it and issue your exchange or refund within 14 days. As long as the products are returned to us within 180 days we will refund the full value as shown on your order of any returned products.
Free Returns only applies to items to be collected from UK addresses. If you are outside the UK and wish to return an item you will be responsible for the cost of delivery, tax, duty and any other charges.
