Looks and acts like a clumping clay litter but being tofu it must be better for the environment. Did have a bit of dust when tipping it into the tray. Fairly small size bag and used the whole lot in the tray in one go (we have a large top opening type).

Just written a bad review for 1 silica litter, bought this at the same time, but left it a week before I put it down so as to not freak the cats out with too many changes at once. I needn't have worried, they took to this immediately. It has a slightly odd smell when you first put it out, but this dissipates quickly. One cat used it within a minute of me putting it out, and since it's been available they are ignoring their other litter trays (one which has the silica they hate, the other two have wood clumping litter which they were (previously!) perfectly happy with but I unfortunately seem to be allergic to. The clumping ability of this litter is amazing, a little too good in fact, I struggled to clean it this morning, there was an absolutely massive clump which did not want to part from the bottom of the litter tray. I can see that it might work out more expensive than the wood, but as long as they are happy and I am not allergic, I am very happy.

Bought this because it was supposed to be a clumping silica litter. I've been struggling with wood based clumping litters as I seem to be allergic to them. I bought a bag of this and the number 4 clay litter. Whilst they took to the clay immediately and love it, they are just confused by this, and it seems to be uncomfortable for them to walk on or they just don't like walking on it, not sure. It also absolutely does not clump, it attempts to, but it just falls apart the minute you go to clean the tray. Definitely not buying again, sorry.

Simple, works well and is easy to store!

This is the best Cat Litter that I have ever used, it doesn't smell, is easy to clean and I LOVE the fact that it is made form recycled newspapers!! Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to be more conscious :)

Such a good little design, works well and folds away so can be stored easily. Also much easier to clean than our previous scoop!

My cat loves this because it does not hurt her paws. I love it because it has a lovely pine odour.

I started using No2 tofu cat litter. It seems absorbed well with clumping well . This is biodegradable I can dispose of all waste products in flushing toilet. Much less offensive odour and less noisy when my cat doing his business. Only gave 4 stars it created lots of dust and tracking trail bits.

Tried all the cat litters available and found this the only one my fussy Persian will use. No tracking and soft in his feet. Well worth the money and can’t recommend it highly enough!
