excellent -

perfect size for small patch of garden I keep my hens in.

Chicken netting -

Easy to erect gives chickens a nice space and stops them ruining my garden. However, holes at bottom could be smaller as chickens have lost feathers trying to peck grass on other side. Have had to reinforce with chicken wire !

chicken netting -

Well made, I did not want to put up a permanent fence, so this is perfect. The only down side was my chickens could fly over it (if thet stood on top of their Eglu first), so I had to clip their wings.

Excellent product -

With 4 grandchildren using my garden, I needed to restrain my chooks, so that the little ones weren't always having to avoid chicken poo. The netting has done this job and was easy to set up. It can also be moved around simply as and when we want. Only two of my birds have needed to have their wings clipped, as they managed to fly over the top. My only criticism is the clips to fasten the gate. As I have arthritis in my hands I found these difficult to use, so have made up an alternative fixing. Apart from this I think it is an excellent product. Although a bit pricey, it is more flexible and easier to erect than traditional fencing. Would recommend.

omlet netting 12metre -

Overall the netting does the job, rather expensive though.

Pricey but effective -

Although I was frustrated that Omlet had stopped stocking the old green and cheaper version of this just when I wanted to buy it, the black netting is actually not too intrusive in our garden. The chickens still have a large area to free range in (though they are still happiest when they have the whole garden!), my patio is more foot-friendly and my lawn is starting to recover. My only real criticism is the gate catches - impossible to open them one-handed when carrying chicken feed etc and they feel like they are about to snap when you open the gate.

Brilliant! -

I thought this was a bit pricey but went ahead and bought it. I am so glad that I did! It was fairly easy to assemble, poles go in to the ground easily. I've had it for a few weeks now and it seems secure, my hens haven't escaped (yet!). Agree with the other comments - glad to have my garden back, no more poo by my back door etc. When you consider how much time, money and energy it would take to buy fence posts, put chicken wire up and construct a gate etc I think this is really good value for money. Thank you Omlet!

Massive improvement! -

Just got rid of the old green Omlet netting which drove me nuts - it managed to get itself tangled up in seconds and didn't do a great job of keeping the hens separate from the garden. They escaped constantly. This netting is a huge improvement and seems to have been properly thought through with its main objective in mind. It took me all afternoon to set up the new run but it's neat and tidy, not saggy, and there are now no gaps all the way along the bottom for hen escapes. Very pleased.

Good -

I also thought about buying this for a few weeks in view of the cost but it is good. It took two of us a couple of hours to put up. Unfortunately two of the poles needed to be re-welded which we managed to arrange. However, it does look good and my hens seem fairly happy. Our patio is now pooh free and my vegetables and flowers are protected from Gert and Daisy scratching and eating them!! Bless
