Unfortunely the door on our Qute had broken but it took only one email for Omlet to have a replacement out to us. Never seen service like it. Fantastic.

I bought a cage for my granddaughter's Gerbils about ten months ago and when the door locking mechanism recently broke I contacted Omlet to order a replacement. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a complete front panel for the cage free of charge. I would like to take this opportunity to complement Omlet on its exceptional customer service, very rare nowadays.

I enquired about buying a new front panel for my Qute hamster cage as this wasn’t available to buy online. Emails were responded to promptly and when the replacement I bought had a fault, another panel was quickly sent out free of charge, with express delivery. Thank you!

Our 8 year old gerbils cage had one bar that appeared to be coming lose and when I contacted Omlet they sent a replacement at a very reasonable price the next day and whilst they said it could take up to 5 days to arrive, it was dispatched same day and we had it within 48 hours of our first contact email. Great service.
