Over ten years ago, Sara and her family transformed their West London home into an Urban Smallholding, Hen Corner. Whilst trying to live more sustainability, with chickens, bees and an overflowing veg plot, they encourage others to do the same through a range of courses, schools programmes and writing for local and national magazines.
