Omlet can deliver your order in a range of ways depending on the product you’re buying. To see the delivery options and prices simply place an item in the basket and put in your postcode.
Once your order has been collected by our delivery partner you will receive a despatch notification email from Omlet with details of the shipping method.
With tracked services you will receive an email from the delivery partner with your tracking details so that you can follow your order’s progress.
Pre-Order / Out of Stock
If an item in your order is on pre-order please call us on 01295 500900 and quote your order number if you wish to receive the rest of your order as soon as possible, and our team will be happy to assist.

Royal Mail 24 parcel - Delivery in 2-3 working days after you have placed the order.
Royal Mail 48 parcel - Delivery in 3-5 working days after you have placed the order.
UPS - Tracked Service. Select a week day for delivery.
Tuffnells - Tracked Service. Delivery 1-2 working days after you have placed the order.
DHL Economy Select - Tracked Service. Delivery in 3-5 working days after you’ve placed the order (Jersey and Guernsey only).
Parcelforce/Palletways - Tracked Service. Delivery 5-7 working days after you have placed the order.

We also offer delivery to some other international destinations. To find out if you can receive an item outside the UK, simply place the item in the basket and try to check out, the correct delivery price will be calculated for you. On the UK website we charge everything in UK pounds, so you may want to work out the exchange rate.
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
The Small Print
All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays. Please note that all delivery times are provided as estimates and occasionally deliveries will occur either earlier or later than expected. If you live in a particularly rural or offshore location it is highly likely that your delivery will take longer than the normal delivery time.
