Products that have an estimated delivery time will not be dispatched immediately. The estimated wait for your product is shown next to the "Buy Now" button like this:
Once you have placed your order you will receive a link in your order confirmation email that goes directly to a live order status page.
Our order system is a completely fair queue, as soon as your order is received you have secured your product and your place in the queue. Even if you need to modify something on your order, you keep your place in the queue.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your product is dispatched from our warehouse.

If you order a product that is in stock, your order is going to be dispatched the following working day from our warehouse.

Royal Mail parcel - Delivery in 3-5 working days after your order has been dispatched.
DPD - Tracked Service. Delivery 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched.
DHL Economy Select - Tracked Service. Delivery in 3-5 working days after your order has been dispatched (Jersey and Guernsey only).
Parcelforce/Palletways - Tracked Service. Delivery 5-7 working days after your order has been dispatched.

We also offer delivery to some other international destinations. To find out if you can receive an item outside the UK, simply place the item in the basket and try to check out, the correct delivery price will be calculated for you. On the UK website we charge everything in UK pounds, so you may want to work out the exchange rate.
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
The Small Print
All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays. Please note that all delivery times are provided as estimates and occasionally deliveries will occur either earlier or later than expected. If you live in a particularly rural or offshore location it is highly likely that your delivery will take longer than the normal delivery time.
