Replaced wooden bars from older product

We got our Eglu on Freegle so the original wooden roosting bars had seen better days! These plastic replacements are great and a lot easier to keep clean! Very happy with them.

i bought these thinking i could put them outside for my girls to sit on - you can't and it is not clear from the photo or copy that this is the case

The product is good and does,what it should. However it is quite pricey. My bars were broken when they arrived(no protective wrap). When i rang they were replaced without quibble. However i did explain i needed the replacement quickly due to imminent arrival of hens and was told they would be despatched that day. It actually took a few days for them to be posted which meant they arrived after the hens.

Bought this to replace the wooden old ones, fits perfectly. Much easier to clean and they look a lot nicer. Fantastic product.

I purchased these bars to replace the original wooden ones. They are brilliant, fitted perfectly and so easy to keep clean.

After years of trying to scrape recalcitrant dried droppings from the (very good quality) wooden roosting bars, these are a breath of fresh air! Very easy to clean. Only small problem is the colour which is quite light grey. Would perhaps prefer it darker and less obtrusive, but still an excellent buy.

Although all of the Eglu can be cleaned really well the bars I find alway need that extra scrubbing and with these plastic bars all the hard work is taken out of keeping them clean and if they get damaged they are easily replaced at little cost. Chicks are quite comfortable settling down on these bars for a good nights sleep.

I had the original wooden bars and thought i would not update to the new improved version and they are as expected fantastic the service was faultless with great care given in sorting this out with various other bits needed to make my mk2 bang up to date

This is the first replacement set of roosting bars I've bought since purchasing an Eglu four years ago. Easy to clean & hygienic - no red mite.
