Omaet classic and cube woner, keeping Golden Campines.. had much higher sucess rate than expected, 100% fertility and all of 30 eggs have hatched so far !!!! with one death due to yolk sack infection post hatching. unrelated parents lovely chickens, cleaver but not excessively friendly great chickens if you have some space.. or will need wings clipping if you don,t as can fly from a standstill to two stories high. 4 chicks just off heat, we think one may be male as has pink crest and start of chin flappy things.. lots of little chicks just over a week old, no idea how to sex at this age. also a few point of lay other hens that we got as chicks before we got addicted to the campines, all born around may this year so due to start laying soon.
