I keep poultry as a hobby ( starting with Bantams many decades ago ) and I now have geese, various breeds of ducks, guinea fowl, laying hens including rare breeds. The eggs pay for their food and bedding so it's an economical hobby. My son set some rare breed eggs last year ( Aug 2016 ) then became seriously ill and I now need to sell these. All breeding cockerels - buff laced Wyandotte, Barnevelder, Rhode Island Red, Silkie bantams ( white, lavender, gold, mixed colour ).
