One of my light sussex had a cold although she ended up having antibiotics, we didnt want the rest of our chickens getting a cold so we added the citricidal to the water, none of the other caught the cold and they are now back to normal happy chickens (a great buy).

Hadn't realised it wasn't just a poultry pick-up.

An excellent product - we now have four chickens - all in excellent health. Last year sadly one has a little cold mid winter. We quickly introduced Citricidal. It cleared the problem quickly and stopped the others from develpoing any problems. Can't rate it highly enough.

Not really sure if this is any good, as i was given it to help with what turned out ot be a fairly serious virus, so obviously wasn't going to help that. however i used it in drinking water generally, and have used it as antiseptic cleaner for the house too!

Hard to say if it works but all my hens healthy and cold free.

This is a very good product so many uses and very effective, great would recommend to anyone to use.

I had a hen with the sneezes and was worried she would pass it on to my others. After some research I consulted my vet who told me I had to give them all antibiotics. As a last resort I started adding fresh garlic to their water and a couple of drops of citricidal as soon as I received it from Omlet ( unfortunately the package took nearly 5 days to arrive). Within 2 days of adding the citricidal the hen began to sneeze less, one week later and no sneezes! I'm impressed. Will keep the bottle and give them all more in the autumn -unless they start sneezing again. Meanwhile I'm carrying on adding the garlic daily.
