Absolutely brilliant. Being able to walk upright to look after my chickens is great. Covered as well so they stay nice and dry

Definitely worth paying more for top quality product
We replaced our old chicken run with a 4x4 Omlet walk in run about 7-8 years ago. It’s still going strong and will easily last another 7+ years. It’s very sturdy and more secure than our old one. The run is well made and easy to build. I have half of the run covered by omlet’s plastic sheeting to keep the run dry. Overall, really happy with the walk in run.

Best Run ever
We are new to having land and naturally Chickens was the first on the list. We experienced chicken math a little too quickly. We started with a Engu cube attached run. After the chicks got bigger we evolved to a 4x3 run few weeks after and more chicks and chickens meant another Eglu Cube and over doubled the size of the run. We have 2 cubes and a huge run and ourselves and our chickens could not be happier. Chicken maths is real and in hindsight we should have gone straight to the Pro however that was not the plan at the beginning. We purchase every chicken related item apart from food through Omlet and would not dream of purchasing from anywhere else. We are excited for our hobby farm to keep growing and Omlet to be with us every step of the way.

Solid product with an awesome return policy
Omlet customer service rocks. We bought our Eglu Cube with a 9 ft run/tractor back in March. After realizing this was not the right fit for our life/yard, we wanted to switch to a walk-in run. Customer service worked with me to return everything I no longer needed (to include wheels, cover, feeder). They even gave me a little extra time to make the return to ensure we had time to set up the walk in run. Set up was easy enough for my daughter (9 years old) and me to set up on our own (mainly me, but she was critical on certain parts on the bottom). The run is fantastic and looks great in our yard. We only have 4 chickens, and wanted a low chicken to area ratio.

Beyond expectations - very pleased
When I decided I wanted to have hens again I decided to plan it out first. My first purchase was the Eglu coop for up to six hens. Took a few hours as I did it on my own, so it's possible for anyone to follow the instructions. Next I decided on the walk in Chicken Run - 3x4x2 with one extension giving me 3x5x2 My daughter helped with the roof. It is the best option for chicken keepers we found, giving space, light and safety. We are very very pleased. Our 4 chickens are due to arrive mid September and we are confident they will be happy! My daughter mentioned at work what we were doing and her friend immediately said, "I did the same" "are getting an Omlet, they're the best" so thank you Omlet. Jayne

The hens love it
Not only is it more convenient for me to be able to move around it, but it provides the height needed for the hens to feel much more comfortable.
They much prefer roosting on the bars I have provided than in sleeping in the massive coop, even on the coldest of nights. A bit of an insult, but ok. It also gives them a lot more room in the form of height than length, allowing them to get away from each other if needed.

Brilliant Product
I have 8 chickens and live on a farm. When I give them their breakfast, I am constant in battle with nature, mainly Corvids and squirrels, who literally sit on the branches of the trees waiting for me to go. As soon as I walk away they take every scrap of food therefore, I have wanted a walk-in Chicken run for a very long time. The barrier for me buying one was the price, it is costly and I had to wait to take advantage of a decent offer before I could afford it plus it does take a while to build. I built mine on my own as I found more than one person a hinderance not a help. I think in total it was 12 hours over 3 days. I had to build it on a flat field and then move into location, so I used a lot of cable ties to secure the roof area. We live in an age of climate change and the weather can be unpredictable, you want a run that's stable and robust, I recommend in purchasing a packet of cable ties, it will not move and give you peace of mind. Once built it does not disappoint, it has kept all the critters out and my chickens seem very happy and relaxed in their new abode. It's very roomy and I've got two coups in mine, however I do combine the run with netted chicken fencing to give them a huge outdoor space with trees and swings. Highly recommend this product and wish I'd been able to get it sooner.

Great extra for our WIR
Really useful and easy to add I. So that our flock can now exit into their part of the garden and we can avoid them getting into our bits and the vegetables beds! Used in conjunction with some new chicken fencing and a gate this has been a really positive change for the space.

chicken run roof cover
the chicken run is absolutely brilliant. i just want to make a suggestion about the roof cover. when you put the cover on i would recomend pulling the bunjee straps through the cage and hooking them up on the inside. reason this is being said is from experience last winter in the high winds of good old english storms, nearly lost the roof cover due to just attaching the bungee straps as they show you, the wind just unhooked them and the thing nearly took off. poking them through from the outside to the inside of the cage and hooking them up inside saved the cover from blowing off and causing damage.

Omlet response:
Thank you so much for your positive review and valuable suggestion! We're thrilled to hear that you find the chicken run brilliant and appreciate your feedback on improving the stability of the roof cover. Your tip about threading the bungee straps through the cage and securing them from the inside is incredibly helpful, especially for those dealing with strong winds. We'll definitely take this into consideration for future instructions to ensure an even better experience for our customers. Thank you for sharing your experience and helping others make the most of their setup!
