Well built and chickens like it
Richard, Yorkshire,
Firstly the awkward bits. It takes a long time to put up if you're not that experienced (pretty much a whole day). It's not that it's difficult, just that there's a lot of things to get right. I think the instructions could be a little clearer on how the panels should fit round the poles (eg poles on the inside). If you've got space, leave all the bits in each box as they all look similar. The roof also dips a little in the middle section, so when water lands on the all weather cover it sags inwards. In heavier weather there's inevitably a giant shower once the sagging gets too heavy. We're working on maybe putting some fibreglass poles (like in tents) underneath the cover to create an artificial roof structure to allow the rain to run away. The cube doesn't actually fit that comfortably inside as you need the three vertical supports inside the run. Oh, and build the run around the cube.....it can't go in afterwards. The good points. Looks great, relatively easy to assemble (it's just clips) and the chickens really enjoy it. I know that I've put more detail regarding the negatives but they're only relatively minor. Although it seems quite expensive, I would probably buy it all again.

Fiddly but worth it
Jenny,
Unfortunately despite ordering a 3 x 2 x 1 run, I only initially received enough parts to build a 2 x 2. Omlet put this right as soon as they could and I can't fault their customer service in that regard. The run clips are VERY fiddly and it took two of us 3 hours to build, but once complete its perfect.

Just the job!
Sarah,
Took a while to put together, though once you get the idea, it gets quicker. But well worth the effort as the chickens have so much more space and it doesn't take over the garden.

Excellent run
Mark, Hertfordshire,
Great run for the chickens. Its expensive though and not the easiest thing to put up. It took me 7 hours in the pouring rain but once up it was very strong and secure. The instructions aren't the easiest to understand till you get the hang of it and 9 copies of the instructions were supplied! Still its a great run and fun more my children to get close up with their chickens.

Good once up
Vicky,
Hens are very pleased but husband is not! Took vastly more than the time stated to put together and clips very fiddly.

Second walk in run
Maureen,
I love these. My first new walk inn run was low and I added a length on. Than needed to introduce some chicks so have a divider and another connection for my other classic. So pleased with this my cube had the old extension run. Down with the old and in with the new. This walk in run has replaced the old one. Now what do I do about oragandori birds help? Need a coop and run for them. Omlet your perfect. Just love the way one can renew as new updates come along.

Good run awful clips
Jenny,
I don't know if there's a knack I don't have but I REALLY struggled with the pole clips. There must be a better way. Cable ties would be better. Reasonably happy with it now it's up, but will be better when I get the missing parts so it can be the size I intended! (To be fair Omlet have sent these on to me now with no quibble)

Great upgrade from previous houses and runs
Chandri,
Feels safe and easy to use - difficult only during heavy rain when the ground is boggy. My hens love their new run !

My garden is breathing a sigh of relief!
Joanne, Kent,
Relatively straightforward to erect and all done in three hours. You definitely need two people and some steps when putting the roof on. Spent the winter with my three girls roaming the garden. Now have no lawn left and most of the borders have been turfed out on to what was left of the lawn. So a walk in run couldn't come quick enough. My Go Up and run has been attached to the back so they can come in and out when they please. And come summertime I should once more be able to walk barefoot across the grass!!

Great product!
Tom,
Tricky to attach to cube extended run but once completed it gave our six chooks much more room.
