This is a great product and my chickens are secure in their new coop! 4/5 stars - only issue is that one of the buttons cracked almost immediately but is still fully functional.

Door is easy to fit and use, good value, and makes a great difference in not having to worry about the evening shut in and morning opening up.

I read many reviews for several different doors before I settled on the Omlet. I have zero regrets. The install was easy and my hens acclimated in only a few days. When the coop light comes on, they know it’s time to go in. Every morning they come marching out automatically.

it is all good i cannot fault the products in any way you dont have to mess with string like on most coop doors and the omlet coop door and light is fantastic and i know my chickens are safe to me best product going many thanks omlet

Fitted easily, sturdy, works

I have a wooden house. Unfortunately had to cut a new hole for the door to be fitted to but after that, it was super easy to attach. Perhaps a paper/card template could be included to help with the positioning. Works well and the light is a must.

Good bit of thinking for this product, not the easiest in the world to fit and set up but with a bit of time and patience works well

Overall the kit is easy to install and the door works well. I think having to unscrew the back of the controller each time batteries need replacement is a poor design issue as over time the threads will wear and replacement exposes the motherboard & connections. I’m not sure why a standard battery compartment was not used. Also the light detector is fickle & struggled to give an indication of light intensity which was remotely consistent. The timer works well thankfully as the unit is easy to program.
