We're delighted with the eglu. It's so easy to clean even the children can do it. We've had a lot of people coming to see it and they'll all impressed with its simplicity and cleanness of its design. The chickens are great with distinct personalities and preferences. We're having great fun with them.

I am really pleased with my Eglu and Betty and Joyce, my "girls". The man that came to install it was friendly and efficient, and showed me everything I needed to know. And Betty and Joyce are just wonderful! Betty started laying 8 days after she arrived, and Joyce started a day or 2 later. I'm now collecting 2 eggs every day. Although they were a little nervous of my dog and the local cats when they arrived, they are now quite bold and see off any "intruders". And as for cleaning the Eglu - I'm stunned at just how easy it is! Someone obviously spent a lot of time thinking about how to design the Eglu to make it practical, safe, good looking and easy to maintain. Thank you Omlet - I'm delighted with your products and service!

After a mix up with the delivery, I assembled my Eglu with ultimate ease. My three ladies are very happy in it. The Eglu is so easy to clean and to move around the garden. I have recommended it to all my friends.

Great. It looks safe, it's easy to clean etc. the children love it and our hens are really sweet. They are called Goldie, Peanut, Midnight and Dextrus. They settled very quickly so here's hoping it continues.

Delivery was on time. Eglu was easy to put together and more importantly is very easy to clean. We have had the Eglu for approx 5 weeks now and we are loving it, so are our chickens, Betty and Lennox.

So far fox proof - we have had foxes from the second night and they have spent a long time scratching at it to no effect. Easy to clean. My only negative is that it is very heavy to move!

A month to wait for delivery was a nice cooling off period - we were a tad jittery about the thought of handling the girls to be honest. A very nice young man arrived with the Eglu and the 2 chickens. We clipped wings and induction was pretty easy going. First egg within a week :-) Never really thought that chickens would have personalities but they are really good fun. Even the cats are getting used to them. Chicken # 2 is yet to lay - I have threatened her with the pot but the wife is so enamoured that she says she can stay whatever...... Get some - they will put a monster smile on your face.

I am delighted with the Eglu and my lovely hens. We got off to a bit of a shakey start as one of the hens had a bit of a cold and I had a bit of a panic about her. I emailed Omlet and got a swift response with some helpful advice. Thankfully, she is fine now and they have both settled in really well in their new home. So far, friends and neighbours have been very impressed - and that's before we have any eggs. I have wanted hens for as long as I can remember - I am not disappointed!

I love it. So easy to put together with clear instructions and all the extra information has been really helpful for a first time chicken owner. Have had foxes and cats sat outside it as it they are baffled as to how to penetrate it! Easy to take apart and clean.

Well made and sturdy and we are addicted pet chicken keepers in less than a week. We are already looking for local breeders to supply a 3rd chicken - if not a 4th. Really easy to clean - especially with the plastic roosting bars. The lilac colour is fun but not too brash for a garden setting.
