Customer Reviews

I have been considering this purchase for some time and have to say I am extremely impressed. Despite its fairly high price tag the housing area is brilliant as it cleans within minutes and is totally secure. I have four bantums in this set up and it’s perfectly adequate. The run is a bit fiddly to put together but once together it is strong and the skirt a very clever security feature. I am now saving for the largest unit for my other hens.

Yes I love it It’s solid and doesn’t look like it would fall apart anytime soon Hopefully will stop the wild ducks helping themselves to my chook food

we purchased a 3gal. water system and a 25lb feeder chickens are happy so are we !!! best deals .go omlet your the best!!

Love my Omlet Automatic Door! 🐔❤️ I’ve had the Omlet Automatic Door for a while now and absolutely love it. It makes having chickens so much easier, especially knowing they’re safely locked up at night without me having to remember to close the coop every evening! I also have the Omlet Smart Feeder and waterer and have been really happy with those too. I love the quality and design of the Omlet products I’ve bought so far. I was actually looking at getting an Eglu Cube next and tried to save some money by buying one second-hand through an online marketplace. Unfortunately, I was scammed out of a $200 deposit 😭 So just a little warning to other Omlet lovers looking for second-hand products — please be careful with deposits and pay on pickup where possible. It definitely hasn’t put me off Omlet though — I’m still hoping to get my Eglu Cube! 🐔💕

I got the 2.5kg feeder for my 3 Rhode Island Reds. I am impressed by the excellent and thoughtful design of the feeder and it functions without a fault. Well done.

Easy to install and figure out. We haven’t linked it to our phone yet because it automatically works. No mishaps of it not working. We have it in kind of a shady spot and it still works. Highly recommend.

This is a great device. It is the only one that has really worked properly. Well done!!

The Chooks got used to the new water feeder so quickly and now don't have all the mess in the water. Great for the chooks:-)

We just set up the smart feeder yesterday when our new larger coop arrived. The installation process was extremely easy. Initially, I used WiFi to connect but lost connection overnight, so I switched over to Bluetooth. It was very satisfying to see at 730 pm the doors close and I did not have to do my nightly extra steps of bringing the feeder in to the shed and prep it for the next morning. There is enough feed in there for 2 days!! I was nervous that the chickens wouldn’t figure it out, but this morning they were very interested in the feeder and were using it. Overall, I am very pleased with the design and the item itself. I would like to update this review in 6 months after lots of continued use.

Very simple just fill and (somewhat) forget. Water stays fresh and the chooks adapted to it easily.
