Bit the bullet and bought two 3G waterers for my two coops. Was tired of changing water multiple times during our 90 degree plus days. Everyone was so curious with this new thing they went right to it. They were shoulder to shoulder drinking. 15 in one coop and 10 in the other. This is a game changer!

This waterer could not be more perfect! I had to wash green algae off our previous waterer several times a week, and the water got hot in the summer. We've had the Insulated Stay Clean Waterer for a month now: no cleaning needed and the water is always cool. I can't wait to have non-frozen water this winter. Our girls love it!!!

This project has been really special to me. My grandma has wanted chickens her entire life, and this year I finally decided to make that dream happen for her. I built her a coop and spent months trying to find products that would make caring for them as easy as possible, because I wanted her to enjoy her chickens—not spend all of her time cleaning and maintaining everything. That’s how I found Omlet, and I honestly couldn’t be happier that I did. Before I even talk about the products, I have to say their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. My Eglu Pro arrived missing one small part, and they shipped a replacement out immediately. Later, I ordered the Smart Feeder and two waterers, but realized I needed them before leaving town. I emailed to ask if there was anything they could do, and they upgraded the shipping so everything arrived the very next day. That kind of customer service is hard to find anymore. Now that we’ve been using everything for a couple of weeks, I’m genuinely impressed. The Smart Feeder has completely eliminated feed waste. I was worried 12 pounds wouldn’t last very long, but because the chickens can’t throw feed everywhere, it lasts so much longer than our old feeder ever did. The waterers have probably surprised me the most. We’ve had temperatures over 100°F here in Utah, and the water has stayed cool. The nipple system keeps the water clean, so I’m not constantly rinsing out dirty containers, and all of my chicks figured out how to use them almost immediately. And the Eglu Pro… I don’t think I appreciated just how well designed it was until I cleaned it for the first time. I literally sprayed it out with a hose, wiped it down, and it looked brand new again. Every little detail feels intentional. The best part, though, isn’t the products themselves. It’s knowing that my grandma gets to walk outside every morning, watch her chickens, collect eggs someday, and enjoy something she’s wanted for years—without having to worry about heavy maintenance or difficult cleaning. The automatic door, Smart Feeder, waterers, and Eglu Pro have made that possible, and that means a lot to me. I’m sure there are cheaper options out there, but after using these products, I genuinely understand why people recommend Omlet. The quality is incredible, the design is thoughtful, and their customer service has been outstanding from day one. I've only had my smart chicken feeder for a couple weeks, and my rodent problem is gone. It's not inexpensive, but it appears to be working as advertised! I just purchased the matching insulated waterer to discourage/prevent algae. I'll let you know how that goes. Thanks Omlet!

Such an obvious choice .. cube, smart auto door, waterer, now the smart no-waste feeder…. In typical Omlet fashion, the feeder is well built and will most likely last a lifetime. The openings are larger and better suited to my chickens than the earlier version. Rats are GONE! How good. Easy and efficient.
