The sheep broke a couple of the hen fencing poles a couple of years ago, so it was great to be able to replace them. It’s the best hen fencing (height particularly good) we have had.

We are new to the world of backyard chickens and wanted our flock to have everything they need for a happy healthy home. Both the feeder and waterer make it easier to do this.

Has worked perfectly so far. 2 weeks in.

I've tried a few different automatic coop doors. Decided to splurge and purchase this after our last one didn't make it through the winter. Time will tell more about durability and long term use. Initial thoughts are that it's well constructed and feel like quality. I was a bit surprised and having to put it together, for example installing the drive gear; curious as to why that is. Installation was easy as they provided multiple different styles of mounting clips depending on your coop. Very much appreciated. I got a device error upon initial setup. However, taking the batteries out and putting them back in fixed that, odd. Simple 3 button input once you figure out the flow. Took me a second to figure out to long press the power button. I did not consult the instructions as I figured it would be intuitive enough. Photo sensor seems pretty precise. We have shade from trees and it's not causing any issues. So for I have no complaints and looking forward if it holds up.

We’ve had an Omlet door for 3 years. The way we set it up allowed the goats to rub up against the wires and severed a few. We tried to reconnect them but to no avail. I couldn’t keep our battery high enough to open and close the door. So we bought the new set up with back up AC power and it’s perfect. I didn’t mention that we live at 8200 feet in Colorado- it has taken 3 years of snow, high wind and mud. Never failed. It’s a beast.

I had a big problem with mice because my hens would kick all their food out of the former feeder. After buying this, I only see a few mice here and there because their food source has been removed. All the food stays in the feeder and I’m saving a bunch of money by not wasting food.

Wow such a good idea and at the right time, I noticed a mouse in the run eating the food that our birds spread around. These feeder aliminate the mess and wasted food , great product

So everything about this drinker is A1 but I have found one little draw back which would not have stopped me buying it ! The fresh water and cold water no green algae etc etc is spot on….i have 6 chickens with another 4 coming soon and their welfare is my number one priority and fresh cold drinking water is top of that list. They free range in the garden and i do have plenty of space and shade. The water in the drinker does stay lovely and cold but in this weather the water that sits in the cups warms up. So I have to put the drinker in a shaded area. This wouldn’t have stopped me getting it as it’s minor thing. Maybe im being a little fussy

Great insulation and engineering. The little cord plug for a heater is one of those things most manufactures would miss. I would like an adjustable height and a level sensor like the feeder. But still, best in the field.
