Certainly helps to protect the hens from the wet weather whilst still allowing light into the run - would be better perhaps if it came down to the ground both sides with the ability for one side to be rolled up during dry weather (although I suppose you could buy two covers and put one on inside out) . Also could do with different lengths to take into account run extensions which most people with more than two hens most probably have.

I recently bought and erected the fence/net and it contains the chickens very well (at least the "grown up" ones). However, the windbreak renders the fence very unstable and is not able to be used in the strong winds we get on Anglesey. The idea is good and simple though but anyone who lives in an area subject to strong gusts should not attempt to use this product.

Good product but would be better if it fitted snug to the eglu rather than leave a gap just where the doorway is. Keeps them dry and they are quite happy eating when wet and windy

I like these covers, they work great when it's raining giving the chickens cover and also great when it's sunny for shade. Would recommend to buy when you purchase a Eglu cube. Christine

This is much better than the old cover I had. It's made of a really tough plastic which is easy to clean. Hopefully it won't get torn by my hens' claws when they perch on top of the run like the old one!

Exactly as described, covers the top of the extended run beautifully giving our girls protection for what seems to be constant rain. Is long enough to ensure the entire run is covered. Only slight bugbear is that the eyelets are beginning to rust already, but other wish an excellent product.

The product is a great idea, BUT NEEDS SOME SERIOUS IMPROVEMENTS as not cheap. The plastic is heavy and needs to be secured quite firmly especially if its intention is to buffer hens from wind and rain, but it stretches and all too soon separates from the eyelets and consequently rips! I was advised by Omlet to loosen the ties, although they sent 2 replacements FOC, but they make an awful flapping noise, which had all my girls run back into the Cube and not venture out...for 2 days! PLEASE make improvements as could be a great product

It does the trick in sheltering the little area of run under the cube from rain and the worst of the wind. Also good for a shady area for the girls to get out of the sun should they wish to when we are lucky enough to have some!
