We bought a new Eglu cage last year and although this sun shade does the job after a year the fabric has degraded in the weather (not used during the winter) and worn through in various places rendering it useless.

Bought 2 years ago. Took off for usual spring clean and the clear side shattered- had obviously started to degrade. Shame as green side looks new!

I recently bought and erected the fence/net and it contains the chickens very well (at least the "grown up" ones). However, the windbreak renders the fence very unstable and is not able to be used in the strong winds we get on Anglesey. The idea is good and simple though but anyone who lives in an area subject to strong gusts should not attempt to use this product.

I could have made something as good as this myself. Disappointing quality for the price paid to be honest.

The clear Eglo Classic Cover is excellent as it let's in sufficient light during the dark autumn days but it gets major condensation on the inside and after only 1 month the metal rings, where the elastic fastens it to the run, are going rusty. Good idea but certainly not practical or cost effective - very disappointing.

Functunal but streches to easy allowing the steel eyes to fall out is going to need to be renewed every year
