I am so glad I bought this! With all the rain we have had lately it has been a godsend for the hens and myself. The hens have stayed dry and I haven't had to clean heaps of quagmire mud off the inside of the hen house. Also, the fact that it goes down one side means you can fit it according to the way the wind is blowing.

I have a south facing garden and I wanted some shade for my hens. The cover is good quality (better than the one I received with my rabbit eglu). During the recent torrential rain it has also provided shelter. I intend to buy the clear, full length one for the winter.

I don't have an Eglu but i brought this product to cover an extension on my run. It's been raining for 2 weeks solid and my run is still mud free, It's made such a difference. Thanks Omlet.

Gives a useful increase in protection to that provided by the free sun shade. However I did expect it to provide cover to grade on one side whilst still giving a reasonable level of protection on the other. This it does not do. Construction quality seems good and delivery was quick.

I have 3 cats that love to sit on top of my chooks and watch them... the cats aren't always good with their claws, but this has stood up to their beating so far... I'm very happy with this

As with most of Omlet's goods, these three windbreaks were excellent. It would be much better, however, if the one for the back was LONGER than the other two, as the back section is longer! There is always a bit where the wind blows in on my chickens.

Brilliant...keeps the girls lovely and dry now in their cube. Also lets in much more light and they now stay out longer as its much brighter than the green cover. I would agree with Gardiner as in there could be extra eyelets on the long sides to maybe make it more secure. But a brilliant product and would definetely reccomend it...

The cover is an excellent addition to the Eglu and has provided great protection for our Chickens during the recent wintery weather.

Added it to run with old green shade and winter cover and have very happy chickens even in heavy snow wind and rain.
