I love my Eglu! I can’t say enough good things about this excellent chicken system. It's design is so good it is a delight to use. I can manage my eight chooks with ease and I know they are clean and safe. I’m so glad I didn’t buy other, very expensive, alternatives, as they would never deliver the same outcome: easy-care housing and beautiful into the bargain!

Love the Eglu Cube and three of my four chooks have taken to it without missing an egg lay. The fourth is quite old (at least 8 years) and she is having some trouble with the ladder. Has Omlet thought about providing a ramp option for the less adventurous chook? The instruction book and video were great when putting it together - if only all products came with such good assembly instructions.

A well put together kit which my Grandson and I erected in a day. It took us longer than expected. It has so many practical features but would be improved even more if the following were also moulded on 1. Handles at the back for moving the eglu, a daily exercise.[ ie at the end of the run] 2. A hook at the back for holding my cleaning tools [ eg small spade]. 3. Another smaller, clip on trough to hold grit etc. All in all a really good, well thought out hen house obviously designed by hen lovers!

Worth every penny. So easy to clean and banish pests from. Percy and his girls settled into the cube immediately and our ancient Polish hen ‘Teddy Pom Pom’ likes to sit in it during the day. A triumph of design and engineering.

I was a bit dubious about the Eglu because of the price but I'm very pleased with it. Our Buff Orpington pensioner couldn't manage the fairly steep ladder so we added an extension to reduce the angle for her. We have a very mixed flock (Buff Orpington, 2 Pekin Bantams and a White Star) and everybody seems to like the Eglu which is so easy to clean and is very well thought out. I'm still not sure about the price point being good value but I would recommend it to anybody who's thinking about buying a new chicken house. So much better than the wooden ones I've had.

10 out of 10 to Eglu for the design of this amazing hen house. I am a total convert after having used traditional wooden houses over the years. Simple lines, spacious for my hens, very hygienic and easy to clean, also very manoeuvrable on the sturdy wheels.

The cube is working out very well for the girls. Easy to clean and easy to move with the wheels. I use anchor stakes on the uneven ground. I would suggest some type of guard around the tires to prevent curious chickens from getting their little heads stuck in there.

We absolutely love our Eglu!! The chickens love it even more though! I was worried about the steps but they figured it out well, although they fly/jump in at half the time. Easier to put together than we expected, just a little time consuming, but that was expected. My only regret is not ordering the 4m run but we’re hoping to add the walk in run soon. I was on the fence about the wheels and soooo glad we got them. I can move the coop with 3m run by myself with no problems. Slide out tray and roost bars make clean up a breeze. We live in the woods with predator issues but they can’t get to the chicks and we sleep better knowing they’re safe and sound at night. Raccoons can reach in the run and knock the food off but can’t reach it or tunnel in despite trying. We put the food bowl in the nest box at night and close the door. Food and chicks are safe till morning. Extremely happy with our Eglu!!!

This week we have received our Cube and to say we’re made up with it is an understatement- I am so impressed with the build quality and the ease of access to all areas of the cube. We picked up our chickens last night and within minutes they looked right at home in their new Cube. They took to the drinker and feeder right away and even though it’s raining (!) this morning they look snug and cosy under the sheltered area of the run.

I'm so impressed by our Eglu Cube. It wasn't cheap but the build quality and design is superb. The most important feature to me is the hygienic, easy clean & wash nature of all the surfaces. I would never buy a wooden house again having struggled with mites which hid in all the joints and gaps of the boards. There is nowhere for the mites to hide on the Eglu and cleaning is quick and easy. I'm certain that there isn't a better house available for healthy hens. The house is also designed very well for ease of use. Every area is easy to access with panels and doors. The droppings can be cleaned away in seconds and the house can be moved with little effort because of its wheels. Our chickens have the look about them of someone who is staying at a 5 star hotel!
