My daughter and I had fun putting this together and two of the pieces broke while putting on. Luckily, two extra were provided. Keep in mind, unless your birds are often on the wood pieces up high, it’s hard to take the top part off to clean. Our birds are on the bottom often so it was quite a hassle and one bird quickly flew out in the process.

Genius
Tonya,
I am absolutely obsessed with this cage. I have a love bird and have cleaned her cage every day (yes every day) for the past 4 years. The geo cage has changed my morning routine. The design of the cage keeps the cage (and the floor surrounding it) from getting too messy. I now only clean it every other day…and I could probably go to every three days. The cage is also so much easier to clean than my previous cage. The cage is unbelievably light and wipes clean with no effort (no tough corners to scrub). Whoever designed this cage, clearly knows A LOT about bird ownership.
If I had any recommendation for improvement, I would say the cage door could be larger.

Sturdy Stand
Carole,
I’m pleased with the look & stability of the stand. The only fault is that the legs take up so much space.

Impractical
Carole,
Though this cage looks good & has plenty of room, it’s very impractical to clean. When the cage is lifted in order to clean the tray & replace the bottom liner, the bird is able to escape, as my budgie did today. I’d intended to tame him before allowing him to fly indoors but that plan has been upset. The feeding station is a good idea for minimising mess, but my budgie had great difficulty in finding how to use it. I regret spending so much money on this product.

Omlet response:
Hi Carole,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review about the Geo cage. We are sorry to hear that you find the cage impractical. Your feedback has been passed to our product design team who will look for future improvements.
The tray and cage have been designed to be cleaned in a very easy way, by being able to separate the tray completely from the cage. We would indeed advise to maybe leave your bird out of his cage at the time, to help in the process.
Hopefully, once your budgie understands the system of the feeder, he will be able to enjoy the full benefits of it.
We stay at your disposal for any further information.

Beautiful looking cage
Diana,
I bought this cage recently in cream/gold and it is a large beautiful looking cage. It is quite heavy and big. The only thing is the doors are not very big to handle the budgies and get them out of!

My birds love it
Ema,
My two budgies seem very happy and content in this cage, they previously had a rectangular one and both sat in the corner quiet , they move around much more in the geo cage singing away most of the day and make use of all the space. Everyone that comes to visit remarks on the beautiful design. We chose the gold bars with the cream base an it fits in my front perfectly.

Extra large size
Nancy,
Wisconsin,
Bought this for my parakeet and have received many compliments on it. Gives my pal plenty of space to stretch out. Assembly went well. A little hard with seed flowing down to feed my bird. Wish this feature was better. Constantly shaking food down. One other thing, a clean out tray would really compliment the cleaning of this cage.
