Unsure
Angie,
After spending £700 to comply with Avian Flu rules, I find starlings can ge through the larger mesh on the upper lever, roof and door. It also doesn't seem that strong with the wild windy weather. It has collapsed once already. Omlet kindly sent some replacement fastenings. Now we have to buy netting to stop the starlings getting in. It took far longer than 1.5 hours to erect too.

Easy assembly, looks sleek
Wells,
It took a while to get it put together, there are a lot of clips, but it was simple enough. It's not heavy like wooden coops. It doesn't have that country vibe like wooden coops so it's more modern. I also love that I can open just the top door to give the girls scratch without them being able to get out.

Sturdy, Fox proof and great for the ducks!
Abi,
LOVE! my Omlet run! I had to save a little for my run but it was 100% worthwhile. My ducks are happy and protected in the run and we’ve had foxes visit with no problems so far. We screw pegged into the ground for more security and I’m very happy that these have bedded in well. It’s holding up to winds and all weather so far and the ducks will be in permanently for flock down over the winter. The stable door is a great feature and it’s really helpful when I’m filling pools and keeping the ducks inside the run whilst I’m busy cleaning etc. The locking mechanism is also great and prevents animals opening it from both sides. I only wish I could put padlocks on them so I bought some locks for extra security overnight and not at home. The look of the run really blends in well to the garden surroundings and pleasing to the eye. The height is very good, though maybe not necessarily needed as high this is no negative. The mesh is strong and sturdy, the upper level has slightly bigger holes in but sill proofed from foxes. If the mesh were narrower it would make an amazing aviary, perhaps this is something Omlet would consider in the future. Love this product! Don’t let the price put you off!

Walk in Chicken Run
Susan,
The chicken run was easier to put together than we had imagined. I do wish the door was wide enough to carry a poo and straw laden Go Up house, sliding tray out without tipping it so much.

Never bored in the prolonged rainy days
Nami, NSW,
My Australorp chickens never bored or frustrated during the rainy season, because I provided the spacious covered area for them. I bought a 2 x 3M with the lower height ( 1.15M ) Walk in Run, but this height is good enough if you don't mind bending down to enter. My garden is small so the tall full size Walk in Run is a little overwhelming. Inside the run is quite large. I also installed the gate upside-down so when I am entering inside, I can lift the top flap section to avoid crouching. I also use the Combi-cover from Eglu to protect them from rain.

Very Sturdy And Easy To Put Together
Richard, Indiana,
My son and I put chicken run together. Was very easy but took 2 days because of bad weather. My 7 hens love it and I love it because I don’t have to duck to get in. It’s roomy. I hooked it up to an existing run with coop.

Very Nice Chicken Run
Richard, Indiana,
Chicken run is roomy for my 7 hens. I love the fact I can go inside without having to duck down. Took my son and I 2 days to put together. Took a while because it was raining.

safe space
Kate,
The chickens were free range, but things were a bit out of control on the property. We were losing a few to coyotes too. We are very pleased with the space they now have. Everyone is safe and secure.

Secure run Great in Summer, Awful in Winter
Claire,
I bought the Eglu run to house my hens after having my homemade wooden built run of over 10 years was no longer usuable. I decided after much consideration I would buy an omlet run as they got such good reviews. These runs aren't cheap but hey I'd went ahead and bought one. In April this year it arrived and its been great through the summer, I have had happy hens. Come autumn/winter, not so happy hens. I have spent a fortune on covers to cover the roof and sides to stop the rain from literally flooding them out. I love this run as I know my hens are safe from predators, but it really isn't great for winter usage despite the protective covers I've bought from omlet. Regretting pulling down my wooden run.

hard to errect
Chris, Argyll and Bute,
very impressed with the product but no one should underestimate the amount of work involved in putting it together. There are several hundred nasty little plastic clips to deal with some of which involve kneeling on the floor to attach. All very well on a concrete base but on grass on uneven ground it becomes tiring and tedious. If the ground is not horizontal the structure leans and the the roof support poles tend to pop apart. It look very easy in the video but in practice in a real situation it is a very different story.

Omlet response:
Hi Chris, Thank you for your review. Your feedback has been passed onto our Product Design team to allow them to evaluate further improvements. Once the coop assembled, the clips should stay sturdy and keep the coop stable altogether. We would indeed recommend to install it on a flat surface before moving it on the desired area. You can then place some screw pegs if you wish, to secure it on uneven ground. We stay at your disposal for any further information. Yours, Omlet Customer Service Team
