Caption: This is how we converted the end of the run into a door - using twisted coated wire to secure the top and the opening side

Caption: We now have two layers. the first and fourth eggs are a quail's egg and a shop-bought egg for scale. the third one from the left is a normal egg from one of my hens, and the second one from the left is a new, weeny egg.
