The chickens took a day to get used to walking through their new door. I put rocks on either side for them to walk through a bit easier because it is higher off the ground than they were used to. The door itself is great quality. Overall, easy to set up. I just found it a bit confusing because it came with screws for every attachment setup. Many screws and brackets were for attaching to the Eglu, which I didn't need. It would be good if those were organised and labelled for the different attachment setups. Once I figured out which screws I needed, which was only a few, it was easy. We didn't get an attachment kit. We wanted to figure out what would work best for our coop and use spare bits of wood if needed. We ended up just using some of the provided flat brackets and screws to attach to our coop, which has thick mesh. It is very sturdy. I use the timer setting because I feel that it will be more reliable than the light sensor. I have it set to open at 6:30 am and close at 8:30 pm. That was easy to set up. It takes 4 AA batteries, which go into the control panel. No batteries are provided. Instructions say to check batteries every three months. The control panel displays the remaining power, so that is great. The control panel requires unscrewing to change the batteries, but that will be fine. The chickens are now quiet in the morning and start about their day without us needing to get out of bed!

I've used this litter for the better part of half a year now, cats absolutely love it, I love the clumping, still working out how to prevent it sticking to the bottom but well get there. Its an amazing price for the quality and quantity you get, we have three cats and haven't had any issue with any of them.

I have started feeding my chickens out of their run due to rooks stealing their food so picked up two of these stands . What a perfect solution! I can still use the feeders but in a more convenient place and they can be hung at different heights to suit varying sizes of chicken

I’ve had to separate my chickens - some are very mean! Bought one automatic door for the naughty girls, so that I don’t have to rush up each morning to let them out of their house. We have had a fox kill quite a few over the years so we lock them up at night. Works so well, we bought one for the other girls. They work out how to go through in no time. Now we have peace of mind and makes it so much easier when we go away and have someone come in to check on them.

We bought this bundle when we upgraded our coop for for the winter. It included the swing, the freestanding perch, the bolt-on perch, and a few treat holders. The chickens go crazy for the treat holders. Everytime I go to refill them, they're immediately surrounding the holder and alternate between each one. I was impressed at how sturdy the free standing perch is. It came with a drill attachment to ensure the perch spikes are secure and it works beautifully. The biggest of my chickens is easily 7 pounds (still growing) and it holds her without issue. They haven't tried out the swing yet, but one of my girls loves to swing on our bench swing so I knows it's only a matter of time. I love the construction and stabilization of the swing and know that once they figure it out, they'll love it. Overall, very good bundle for the value. I'm really happy with the quality of construction because I know the chickens are safe while using the products. We will be purchasing more items in the future.

My Omlet door has worked perfectly for 3.5 years. I just replaced the batteries in it as well. Not bad considering I live in the Boston area with cold winters. I bought another door recently that locks the hens’ food safely at night in a plywood box I made.

We bought our first omelet chicken door to replace a cheaper manufacturers that simply wasn't reliable. It works so well we bought a second to expand our chicken's independence. Well worth the higher price.

The Eglu cube is amazing. So easy to build. So easy to clean. Looks fantastic in the garden. My chickens love their new coop they are safe and happy. Brilliant on hot days everyone is cool and happy that gives me piece of mind. I have a 2m run with mine the whole set up is nice and roomy. I have 5 hens with ample room. So easy to collect eggs and check on everyone. I can not fault the Eglu Cube! If you are considering getting one I highly recommend it. It’s amazing!
