Have both units, and once a week fill and clean is so easy. Both have external level identifiers so no need to open and check.

After caring for our 2 disabled call ducks in our utility room, we decided to invest in an Omlet. Having given our ducks their new found freedom - our new Omlet is an investment. It’s safe and most importantly secure from any predators. Our girls love it

I live in Texas and the constant battle of water containers turning green from lots of sunlight, not to mention hot water the chickens won’t drink = problem solved!!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it would be nice to get some sort of kit to help get the waterer higher for the chickens instead of having to find something around the house or buy an additional item. The waterer itself is amazing… buy it!!!!

My hens soon took to this and it has stopped squabbling and waste

I am very impressed with this waterer. I have used several different designs over the years, even made a few of my own. This Eglu waterer is top quality. I love the robust design and the fact that you don’t need anything else! Cups, nipples, short legs or extended legs for tall chickens like mine, this thing was fully adjustable to what I needed. I really hope the dark reservoir helps prevent algae growth as that is one of the biggest pains with waterers. The only thing I’d change is having the lid seal on with a latch. I live on a windy, dusty area of Texas and a tight seal would be ideal. But I’m being picky! The waterer is awesome. Great product.

I purchased this product to see if it will keep the water fresh and not freeze this winter. Using the ripple waters has kept the water clean. I purchased in October so it will be a few months before I can test the cold claim. The chickens are adjusting to the nipple waters.

It was 33 deg here yesterday, the water was cool and clean. This is life changing for us and the buzzards. They don't drink from any other waterer now. (Towers) I've tried in the past to Macgyver an insulated cooler, and failed miserably. The cups are big enough that the dog can have a drink too! Will be a long hot summer here this year and the chooks will be fine.

Really like it helps with rodent control and feed waste only thing it is way to expensive I would’ve given it a five star rating if it wasn’t so expensive

Excellent!! no waste food at all .

I have been considering this purchase for some time and have to say I am extremely impressed. Despite its fairly high price tag the housing area is brilliant as it cleans within minutes and is totally secure. I have four bantums in this set up and it’s perfectly adequate. The run is a bit fiddly to put together but once together it is strong and the skirt a very clever security feature. I am now saving for the largest unit for my other hens.
