Overall the kit is easy to install and the door works well. I think having to unscrew the back of the controller each time batteries need replacement is a poor design issue as over time the threads will wear and replacement exposes the motherboard & connections. I’m not sure why a standard battery compartment was not used. Also the light detector is fickle & struggled to give an indication of light intensity which was remotely consistent. The timer works well thankfully as the unit is easy to program.

The Omlet ladder grips are a third bigger than original steps. Our chickens could easy climb the steps within 2 days. The original steps were slippery for them and were hard for them. This helped a lot.

Very easy to set up, doesn't take up a lot of space and looks nice too. My chickens warmed up to it quickly but I havn't seen them try it out yet as expected, but im sure young chickens would love it!

I have been very pleased with how the cube is built. It keeps my hens warm even when it is cold and snowy. It is very easy to clean. There is a separate door to the egg box allowing the owner to access the eggs through the coop or the nesting box. Even though I live in an area with multiple predators, my chickens are safe and secure in the coop each night. I purchased the run handles which make moving it a breeze.

This has been the easiest fencing I have put up for the hens. In fact I purchased a second set to make the pen larger for a second flock. It is lightweight which makes it easy to set up. Excellent way to keep hens enclosed. I have a short electric fence around the entire chicken pen area to keep raccoons and opossum out.

I never thought that everything would go so well. The geo cage is not only beautiful and practically. The cage integrates wonderfully into the house. Our 2 little birds feel well and comfortable. We all are happy. Thanks so much to England....and all the best for your future.

Great cage, is exactly as stated. Everyone comments. Bear in mind it comes in flat pack. Defo worth the dosh. Just needs a bird bath that will fit it perfectly now

Great idea not sure if my hens are sure of it on aver long length just off the ground and saw one try but got a fright when it moved and think it spooked them

So much aggro trying to get teenage sons ( and husband .) to put chickens away when I’m at work! All solved... and I can even risk an extra hour in bed on a weekend. Chicken keeping now giving the joy I had hoped...wish I d bought it 4 yrs ago.

Well manufactured product. It did take quite a bit of time to assemble but you do realise it is a well built product, you get what you pay for. I bought it to replace an old wooden coop that was really heavy to move around and difficult to clean. My new Eglu is neither of those so I am very pleased. I was concerned before purchasing that it would be a bit light and blow over in strong winds but we have just had some 60mph winds and it didn't move. The only criticism is I find engaging the wheels to move it can be a bit awkward. The wheel arm assembly can foul the cage and be difficult to lock in position.
