A five star thank you for your patient, efficient service, for which I am more than grateful. I was very anxious before getting the hutch, mainly because I could not visualise how big it really is, but you were always willing to listen and reassure me and indeed to help me make the right for me choice, so a big thank you for that. And a second thank you as I ordered a superfluous floor for the hutch, not aware that it comes with one. But you collected it and refunded me in the time it takes the bunny to hop at speed down her two metre run! Very efficient and much appreciated. And a third thank you, but not last in priority for the hutch and run themselves. The person putting them together for me said "the rolls Royce of hutches, then" and I thoroughly agree. Peace of mind and ease of maintenance for me and comfort and security for the rabbit.

These are great. I used to use tent pegs to peg the run down, but got fed up with not being able to find them again, when it came to moving the run. These are a lovely bright colour and easy to use. I have not tried them in hard ground yet, but in wet ground they were perfect. The screw pegs still screwed down into the wet ground. I was doubtful when I ordered them but now wouldn't be without.

Great, easy to use & no Hamster smell!

I don't know if there's a knack I don't have but I REALLY struggled with the pole clips. There must be a better way. Cable ties would be better. Reasonably happy with it now it's up, but will be better when I get the missing parts so it can be the size I intended! (To be fair Omlet have sent these on to me now with no quibble)

We love our Eglu Go Hutch but would love it even more if it had a carry handle, it would just make it much easier to lift even a short distance!

Fantastic, easy, and I find it's less dustier than the plan and bland confetti, dads should not being saying this but it makes the cage look prettier, I know I will regret saying that!! Lol

Feels safe and easy to use - difficult only during heavy rain when the ground is boggy. My hens love their new run !

Relatively straightforward to erect and all done in three hours. You definitely need two people and some steps when putting the roof on. Spent the winter with my three girls roaming the garden. Now have no lawn left and most of the borders have been turfed out on to what was left of the lawn. So a walk in run couldn't come quick enough. My Go Up and run has been attached to the back so they can come in and out when they please. And come summertime I should once more be able to walk barefoot across the grass!!
