Not having to bend down to clean out the chickens is really helpful for my bad back. I like knowing that they're off the ground at night too. It was easy to assemble,never for someone like me who is rubbish at DIY. The only slight negative is that my bantams struggle with getting down the ladder. They just launch themselves like little lemmings! On balance, I am extremely pleased with the product and the customer service I have received is excellent.

This makes the Go so easy to clean without bending down. It is perfect for 2 girls to fit into and they love going upstairs to bed. As usual the quality from Omlet is superb. Thoroughly recommend.

My daughter in law uses this for her horse, but suggested I try it in my chicken house as a lot of her friends use it with their poultry. Wow what a difference it's made, so much easier to use than sawdust/shavings, less mess and I use a fraction of the amount, so although the initial layout is more it will be much cheaper in the long run, and can go straight on the compost heap. One bale will last months. My only problem is the delivery charge to the Scottish Highlands, so I will have to try and source it locally (Sorry Omelet !!)

I had read lots of positive reviews about Aubiose bedding so I thought I'd give it a go and my girls certainly seem to enjoy snuggling down in it for laying eggs and sleeping! So, looks like it's a big hit and the bale will last my little flock for several months so it's good value as well!

My Eglu for my eight new rescue hens is wonderful, and so easy to clean and mite free which was a huge problem with previous wooden coops. i managed to assemble it with the help of my 6 year old son and had no problems. It is a really well thought out design brilliant, sturdy and a lovely house. Thank you very much.

Superb product, my chooks love it and it has made egg collecting and the cleaning out of the coop so much easier. Instructions were good, only slight complaint was there is right and left to the frame, which if you put the wrong way round the brackets don't line up, as I found to my cost!

I am so pleased with my low run for the classic that I am saving up for another. Thank you.

YAY Omlet for deciding to sell the Eglu Go Up in the states! My daughter (13yrs) and I managed putting it together easily enough, We practiced moving it around the yard before our chickens moved in and now I easily move it every week or so alone. Our chickens have finally moved in and they LOVE it. No eggs yet as they are still young so not sure how that nesting area is going to work out but I read a review of someone who placed a cardboard cutout to make it deeper. We'll probably try that as we have a full house. We did a lot of research and it has everything we need, predator proof, insulated (we live in Colorado) and portable. We love it and are VERY pleased with our purchase. I really wanted the CUBE but this is the next best thing!

It's great to have a spare set of roosting bars! I can put the used bars to one side, clean the droppings tray then insert the clean spare bars, add fresh straw to the nest and quickly put the whole unit back in the Eglu Go Up. For a while one of my hens was keen to lay her egg first thing but waited for an empty clean house and kept bwarking at me until I'd complied! I can take my time then sluicing off and cleaning the used roosting bars ready for the next day.

Having the Eglu Go Up makes access for egg collecting and cleaning very easy. It also provides extra room underneath in the run for the hens. As the hens climb the ladder, or flutter up to the top, the rungs dislodge any mud on their feet, which keeps the Eglu as clean as possible.
