I have had my Eglu Go for 3.5 years and am really impressed with the quality. Mine has been out all year round in all weathers and this month we moved it. I was amazed at the lack of degeneration of the run (no rust whatsoever) and the Eglu hut itself shows no real signs of wear! I anticipated the little plastic clips snapping when i took the run apart but amazingly NONE of them broke so was able to put back together again with no problems. I look forward to my hens enjoying their Eglu hut & run for many more years!

These pegs are great; easy to use and do the job they should. However, it is wrong of Omlet not to include these with any purchase that has the anti-tunnel skirt (such as the Go Hutch with TWO metre run we bought) - the pegs are ESSENTIAL to securing the skirt to keep the run predator-proof. Omlet are ripping off customers by making them buy these separately..... A tip for customers is to periodically check each peg as hey can sometimes need another 'turn' just to screw them down fully. Overall a great product.

the parcel arrived and I thought, crikey, it'll take years to use all of that. What a great product though, keeps the coop smelling sweet and dries up the poop so it's easy to keep clean.

I bought the walk in run to add to the exising Eglu. We have ducks and, obviously they were out a lot, but urban foxes meant we had to be with them when they were. Our original beloved ducks have finally succumbed to old age and the email telling us about this new extension decided us that we should incubate some more eggs. We now have four lovely Cayuga ducklings with a run and Eglu awaiting them. Building the extension was easy and straightforward, quality excellent as you would exoect from Omlet. Highly recommended product.

The walk in run was reasonably easy to assemble. It took my husband and I a couple of hours to build. The walk in run connected well to the existing 2m run on my Eglu Go. It looks great in the garden and my four chickens love the extra space. They look so much happier in the new run and since having it two of them have started laying. Thank you Omlet!

We currently have two hens in our Go Up although will shortly have four. They are normally free ranging, but shut in when we are away and didn't feel the standard gave them enough space while we on holiday for two weeks. The extension does the job nicely and will be fine for the two extra hens too. Easy to add to the run but a significant cost to add to the kit. A little bit wobbly, but you can still move the run around on its wheels without any problems.

I bought this eglu go as a birthday gift for my mum and it is brilliant! The design is awesome like the pull out tray etc = top marks!!

Bought the cube plus 2m extra run as I wanted a very mobile coop and run to let my girls graze a lawn down each summer by moving every couple of days. Cube is perfect for this and it's working brilliantly. Does need 2 people to move it with 3 metres of run attached, particularly if the grass is long or the ground uneven, but still takes only minutes. The design is funky, practical and functional so easy for cleaning out and egg collection. The grub and glug containers are genius! The Grub keeps food dry and there's a lot less waste than with standard feeders. I can confirm the run is fox resistant! :) Witnessed nightly fox parties around cube and regularly find a "calling card" from the fox right next to the run in the morning, but so far no attempt to get in. As a precaution I do always close the pop hole and remove all food from the run each night, but still v.impressed that the cube and run keep my girls as safe as possible each night. One improvement I would make which other reviewers have already suggested is that I would like the hole in the nesting box to have a plug or something to stop bedding falling down the hole. I've been keeping chickens for 2 years now and I swear by hemp chips for nest boxes and trays as it absorbs smells and draws fluid down to the bottom keeping the coop dry, odour-free and (so far) mite-free. Currently my solution is to plug with a piece of damp-proof-coursing material to lay over the hole, but still the girls move it when kicking up the hemp and then the hemp chips fall in the run. The other small gripe is that the ladder was a bit mission impossible for the girls for the first day or two and they took to flying in and out the coop to avoid slipping on the ladder! Comical but a few feathers were lost and minor injuries sustained over the first weeks. We've stuck at it and I found that moving the run cover up next to the coop keeps morning and evening dew off the ladder and the girls are happier about using the ladder now it is a lot less slippy but still seeing rather comedic coop entries and exits. Reckon a re-think of the ladder might be in order. However all in all I'm really happy with the purchase and think it is really good value for money.

Bought to secure the apron around my cube run as the ground is a bit uneven and didn't want to leave any gaps for Mr Fox to find on his daily visits. Screw in design works brilliantly even in dry hard ground. I have snapped one but that was user error due to me trying to screw into a tree root!
