I have been using the nettex ground sanitising powder for a while now and i love it. I find that it is easy to use and keeps the run smelling nice and fresh. Will be ordering again.

Really pleased with my Eglu chicken house. Much easier to keep clean than wooden ones, chickens very happy. Bit tricky for me to move on my own as our field is quite rutted, but with a bit of help it's no problem. Think I will invest in the bigger run too eventually. Joanna

This clear cover is ideal as it provides protection, and you can still see your chicks. My only concern is how long the rings will hold in the plastic cover as the elastic clips do pull.

Spring and summer were cool and wet, or cool and overcast, in my area. My hens looked miserable, and seemed unhappy especially following the frequent torrents; they went off the lay too. The cover has been very useful. It has kept the run-area dry without blocking light, and has even warmed my girls on the cooler days. (I keep my Eglu Cube under two fruit trees in summer for the dappled shade.) if the day looks to be hot, I tend to take the cover off which is quick and simple to do. I'll be keeping the cover on during the autumn and winter, and though the cover seems robust, I'm not sure yet how well it will manage in frost. It does appear to be thick enough though.

Clever construction, good solid hen house and easily fitted run. Ideal for my broody hen to sit her eggs and (now) 5 week old bantam chickens to run around.

.Aubiose Bedding is a top quality product. I use it in my chicken coop and run. It is fully absorbent and makes cleaning out the coop a very easy job. The chickens love to make dust baths in it. It keeps them very clean instead of having constantly muddy feet. Picking up mess from the run is no problem at all. It is far superior to wood shavings or straw and I don't have to go out to buy it. It is delivered straight to my door. I have recommended it to my chicken keeping friends.

Very happy with our new house, much easier to move around than our old wooden house and less damage to the lawn.

This was the best decision I made to buy this luxurious home for my 3 chickens. They lived in a wooden coop and were always hen pecking each other, they just did not get on.... now they live happily with each other, with room to roam freely. They all snuggle up in the bedroom with no problems. From my point of view, happy chickens happy eggs!!! This is the most easiest coop to keep clean takes me less than 10 minutes to clean it and having looking spic and span... Very happy thank you Omlet.

I have tried a few different bedding alternatives, straw, woodshavings, auboise. And whilst I would say auboise is a close second, easichick is the best. More recently, auboise seems to have become more dusty and there is not even a wisp of dust with easichick. It smells great (kind of pine-esque) and absorbs wonderfully. It also doesn't blow around, and isn't scratched out of the nest in the same way as other beddings. It comes in a 10kg bag, auboise comes in a 20kg bag, and gram for gram easichick is actually cheaper (£12 for 20kg of easichick £13 for 20kg of auboise) but you do get less easichick in terms of the size of bags, even if you do buy to. As it is wood based and auboise it hemp based, you get more auboise for your weight. I would say though a 10kg bag is much better as I spend less time decanting from the bag like I did with a big load of auboise, as I can just carry the bag to the coop. I think easichick also makes up for its slightly reduced quantity by lasting longer in the nest, and smelling so wonderful. In all my experience, easichick is the best bedding alternative.

We have bark down in the run for the girls although we clean as much mess up as possible it is not always possible to clean everything. However, we sprinkle this powder around the coop every four-five days which kills things we can't see. It also eliminates odour very effectively. I would definately recommend this product.
