Really useful - keeps my girls feathery feet dry throughout the run. I still use the sunshade over the top on really sunny days for a bit of shade, but it's lovely not to have to worry about them when it's raining. So I guess, the only way it would be better is to incorporate a 12" strip2 of coloured fabric so there is a bit of shade as well as a full length cover.

Good cover from the elements, and is a lot better looking than the grey plastic sheeting we had covering the run for over a year! Should come with the extended Eglu because it improves the look of the run (good for future Omlet sales), and like everything else here is expensive for a clear plastic cover with bungees attaches at each corner...

If you are getting the walk in run this is definitely needed to give them more room.

have had it in use a fortnight now and am delighted with it. It is so easy to dismantle to clean it. My three chickens, Higgledy, Piggledy and Speckledy, soon seemed comfortable with their new surroundings and, apart from one day with only two eggs, we have had three eggs every day since the day we installed them. They had difficulty with the ladder at first as it was obviously not in their experience and their antics trying to get up and down gave us much amusement. My one queery over the water tank was answered efficiently and immediately. I am very satisfied with my Eglu Cube and thank you.

So quick and easy to clean out and maintain. The chickens seem to love it and settled into it immediately. Looks great in the garden too. Omlet forum has been particularly useful as has advice and help from helpline.

This has worked really well in the classic rabbit hutch for mum and 4 chicks on top of a non slip rubber mat. Also with the addition of some rubber mat in the cube to cover the slot in the base of the nest area the grown up girls are very happy ...

The house is very easy to keep clean the chicken love it and it adds a bit of colour to the garden!!

I decided as I was buying some other bits and bobs on the website to grab another pin for the Eglu as mine is a coupld of years old and quite rusty. Really good value for just £1. Now I don't have to worry about orange fingers every time I empty the tray. :)

Thankfully the man who delivered erected and brought the chickens was excellent - good advice and helpful. Since we get 3 to 4 eggs a day from the 4 birds - like most things not cheap but we got what we payed for. One of the best bday presents ever for my wife -thanks again and we have already recommended you to others.
