We had been looking out for some netting to keep our hens away from our cordon apple trees as last year they pecked half of the apples before we picked them. I saw this netting in an advert and decided to go for it despite the price. Relatively easy to erect, though I mis-read the instructions and ended up with the poles too close together which meant I ran out before the end of the netting. Not a problem though as it was long enough for what I needed - we just used it to go from front to back of garden rather than round in a square. Hens sulked a bit at first, after being used to roaming the entire garden, but they soon realised the benefit as we are able to leave them out in it all day long as it stops our worries that a delivery driver will leave the side gate open. Good sturdy poles that should last us years.

The product was easy to assemble and my 3 hens are safely in a pen so I don't have to worry about putting them away when I go out.

Excellent product, perfect for giving extra feed/water while away for a couple of days.

My land is quite uneven and these pegs were easy to screw in and made the run very secure so happy my girls are safe.

Hard to fault. Could be a little easier to fit the poles to the netting but otherwise an excellent product.

This is our first foray into keeping hens and we are delighted with the Eglu. It's robust, easy to clean and the run is very secure. We've since added the netting to give the hens a bigger area to roam safely in and all works well. The hens are happy and we get two eggs almost every day. Finally - just to praise the installation and delivery men. Very helpful, very professional and very friendly.

It's a good well-made cover which will give good Winter protection.It makes the run a bit dark though.

I use this fortnightly as a preventative to scaly leg. Very quick and easy to use. Seems to be doing what it says as my girls have mite free legs.

Fantastic product, leaves the run nice and light but still waterproof. This was important to me as I have 3 silkies and they need to be kept dry. I use this with the fun shade over the top of it at one end for sun shade. Will be great in winter for keeping the run very light on dull and wet days.
