The run was delivered on time but all the boxes were split open. When I went to check the inventory with the contents there were no pictures to assist in identifying them and the titles each piece was given was indistinct. It says approx 2 hours to erect but 3 1/2 hours later I was still struggling, it seemed like many pieces were missing. I had taken the Friday off work especially to erect it and by 3.30 p.m. it was clearly not happening! I phoned and the office staff were lovely and arranged for George to come all the way down to Dorset the following week with a complete run and install it for me. It turned out that I wasnt incompetent and that 13 pieces were in fact missing. Omlet were brilliant. Supportive, a real gesture of goodwill. George was lovely too. The hens love the run and it certainly looks very posh - probably a band D on Countil Tax!

They aren't keen on it

It was harder to build that was claimed in the instructions or either that, I was not very good at understanding the instructions. Once built through, I love it. My neighbours love it and most of all my chickens love it.

Easy to clean and looks good. Omlet customer service is great. Would have got 5 stars but I found the ladder useless for my new ex bats, and I had to replace with a wooden one. They could not jump to the bottom rung, and then were falling through the rungs and sliding off at the top. Also concerned that, even with a run extension, there is not a lot of run room for 6 hens. They all seem happy though.

Have just replaced my original plastic screws and washers. Every single plastic one snapped off! Very pleased to see these are now proper metal.

As a first time chicken keeper this couldn't have been easier to use. Even my 3 year old daughter can easily operate to doors so they can be involved with the keeping. Looks great and is very easy to clean

really pleased with this product, looks good and has solved the problem of where to hang my feeder and drinkers as I have a WIR. As usual great customer service.

My cube was delivered and set up by a very nice chap and i have to say i love it. Its so sturdy and simple to use, so much better than the wooden coop i purchased previously. Well worth having to beg, steal and borrow to pay for it!!!!!

We bought our cube around 2 years ago and it is a great product. Yes it is expensive, but as said in previous reviews you get what you pay for. Our chooks love it and it is so easy to keep clean as if you have had chickens before the poop doesn't stop at night!!! I'm sure anyone who purchases one will not be disappointed, were just in the process of getting the extension for the run.

I noticed these new Green screw pegs advertised at the same time the older Red and Blue ones were shown so I decided to go for the new ones especially as the colour marches my Green Cube. They do the job well, they are slightly bendy but its easy enough to screw them into the ground by hand. I have a 1m extension on the Cube and theres still plenty of pegs to go around the base. I found the advertising picture weird as the guy appears to be pushing the drill attachment through a vertical panel when in fact its meaning a panel on the ground but no matter Im pleased and would recommend. A little pricey but I think they're very good quality plastic and could be used time and time again without them breaking? Sorry to state the obvious but obviously the pegs will slip through the metal mesh unless you turn the handle top at right angles to the mesh.
