Disappointed
I set the two swings, one in each of my Omlet runs, just above ground level and not one of my chickens has tried it. After doing some research I found a US you tube video which describes how you have to train the birds to use their swing. First set it low level, stand in front of swing with some corn to entice them on so they get used to the way they have to grip the rail. Then gradually raise the swing. I’m disappointed that none of this procedure is described on your website. I feel the product is mis-sold and I have wasted my money.

A unique and quality product
Bought for a friend who has chickens. The chickens have not yet had use of the swing due to avarian flu precautions but with the better weather and release from their indoor environment, they will enjoy the swing. It is a well made, durable and fun product that will keep the chickens amused and entertained!!

Chics love it!
Wasn't sure whether to purchase this but glad I did, the chickens (3 of them) even get up on it at the same time.

That's Hentertainment!
We bought this but customised it as only needed 1 upright but changed a couple of the short poles to longer ones to configure it to make the most of the space in our walk in run. The girls love it! We added another treat tray and they now happily scoff their grit there, we hang greens from the top pole and they also crap from a height onto the others on the ground which is perhaps not the aim but it makes sure they all stay high up when taking a nap! If you have space and cash it's definitely worth it, we have made a couple of home made climbing frames over the years but this was what we were looking for and really does the job

Great winter boredom buster
I hang this inside my coop in the winter so the girls peck at it and not each other. Here in northern Michigan winters are long and cold and it gives them a distraction

Useful source of amusement
Initially the hens seemed puzzled by the feeder’s introduction and for some days ignored the treats. However, one eventually got the idea and the others followed, seemingly enjoying the swinging challenge of teasing leaves and peelings from the holder. A worthwhile purchase, particularly as they are confined to barracks during the bird flu crisis.
