My chooks quickly learned how to use this and it definitely makes their ration of treats last longer. I'm not sure how long the four of them take to get at it all but certainly longer than if I scatter it on the ground. Unfortunately the green plastic part broke within a few days but I can still stick the stem into the ground, it's just shorter.

The eglu cube and the feeders and drinkers work beautifully together, I wish I had invested in a cube years ago, I am able to feed and water the birds quickly and cleanly. I am also able to move the whole thing across the orchard with minimal aggravation, if you keep hens you must have an Omlet at the outset to reduce the work and stress of keeping them safe

This feeder is so much better than the old design, it has no gaps for food to get trapped in which makes cleaning difficult also the wider opening makes it better for cockerels with large combs to gain access to the food without getting their comb stuck which one of mine did with the old feeder which resulted in him pulling it off the stand and running round the garden with it stuck on his head. Would definitely purchase more of these feeders.

So much better than the old drinkers which had teats underneath for the chickens to drink from which always leaked! This design is very simple and fits easily onto the cage we built and the 'run' attached to the Cube. Holds plenty of water and nice and wide so a few chickens can drink at the same time. Perfect. Bought 2!

Ideal in keeping he drinker of the ground. Great for keeping in the garden for the hens to help themselves without any mess. Just what I needed.

Well made heavy plastic drinker. The description said it was suitable for the eglu classic. It does fit on the wire but there's no way that you can hang it so it's raised off the ground as it is too heavy when filled. I have to hook it on the lowest bars and sit it on the ground.

This is an excellent product except for one thing. There is no facility to fix the rain hood on the feeder once it is suspended on the chain and therefore the feed is open to the elements. We do not have sufficient cover in the run and out on the lawn where our girls free range. Apart from this one small detail, we are very pleased with them.

Wow fast delivery, received this today and chickens are loving it, I have one girl who loves to make a mess and so far she hasn't succeeded, so happy chooks and happy me.

Good size and easy to clean. Only downside is that the handle has sharp edges that dig into your hand if you carry the drinker full of water. Would be better if the handle had smooth edges.
