Was a bit worried having read the negative feedback but my chickens must be extra clever as they worked it out sraight away. I will be buying a second one to ensure there is plenty of clean water over the summer- no more sluicing out every morning-Hurrah!

Like a few other reviewers here and on the forum, my chickens absolutely cannot get the hang of the superglug. They were desperate for water and kept pecking at the water nipples, but getting nowhere. I have no choice but to provide them with an alternative source of water before they keel over altogether!

The first super glug got broken by one of the nipples breaking. So we had to replace the whole glug. My chicken likes sitting on top of the super glug to get a drink and also will use the nibbles from under the glug.

I was concerned about this when it arrived even more so when the man who bought my chooks said they had never used one before!! He did also asure me that they would. And he was absolutely right! We waited a whole 5 minutes before all 3 chooks were using it. Its been great, easy to fill, easy to use and constant clean water for my ladies. GREAT.

My choocks keep sitting on top of this to drink and so get the water dirty every day, no matter how high I place it. Could a flip top lid be added, as the principle is great.

Fantastic product, great design, only downside is that my chicks refuse to use it :) any tips welcome...

Chickens learnt how to use the Glug very quickly, no problems so far with the product.

We found our glug tends to leak through the nipples. But worse problem is that chickens much happier to clamber on top and drink out of large holes than use nippes and so gets very dirty. Not useful for us at all. We have had to buy alternatives.

Our hens got used to this straight away and chose to use this more often than the usual water feeder.

This is the replacement for our original super glug. On the first one the middle nipple kept boing pushed out by the chickens and all the water would drain away. Well, guess what? The same thing has happened on the second one. Poor quality.
