We sadly had to separate our chicks from our ducks as our Drake got older. we got this coop for the 2 ducks to sleep in at night and its perfect for them! It would be a bit small to keep them in all day but its the perfect size and secure enough that they are safe to sleep in it.

If you're committed to chickens it is well worth the investment. Good insulation, excellent security, and I feel it's good for mite resistance as there's no timber for them to live in.

We decided to buy the Omlet run after having lost chickens in a cheaper wooden coop. I feel that the sleeping quarters are impenetrable and the run looks really safe too. I love the smart design and how you can lift the run up to move it easily around the yard on the wheels. The easy open swing door is pretty cool too. I'm also comfortable knowing that there are well designed add ons that I can get to improve my set up. Wish we had of went with Omlet in the first place - I reckon I can safely say that there is probably no safer or better designed coup for backyard chickens.

This product sells itself. This is my second pen to purchase in a year. I was so pleased with my Perone and wanted more birds so I bought the second. I am a 59 yr old woman and was able to assemble it myself because of the ease of the design. The design is so simple even if tedious with parts well labeled. They were all there with a few extra screws as well. My one pointer would be to make sure and pay attention to details that are given. The engineering design is incredible and the pieces are so designed as to minimize mistakes. I previously bought a 12 foot pen, but found this a little hard to move and turn. This time I bought a 6 foot and took 3 feet off the 12 foot to make tow 9 foot pens. They work perfectly. I had up to 11 hens in my first pen, but some slept on the ground and all birds were loose in a two acre yard every day. I do think the recommended 6 birds per pen is best. Thanks for this quality product. Whoever designed this knew what would please chickens and the ease of cleaning makes the price very worth it. I love my pens.

Really pleased with the Go up and run - took a while to assemble and thought it came with a perch but I will check the site. I have haapy and hopefully safe hens !

I bought the Eglu with the 12ft run. As a first time chicken keeper, let me just say, it's fabulous! I bought it a few months before I actually needed it so I could take my time and put it together when I had a few minutes here and there. It wasn't difficult to put together by myself, even though having an extra set of hands would have come in handy at times. I move it easily every other day so there's minimal destruction to my lawn and the girls always have a fresh patch of grass. It's ridiculously easy to clean and it looks great! So glad I did my homework before purchasing a coop!

This is my second Eglu Cube, so pleased with the first one I bought a second!. It has eliminated any signs of red mite that traditionally have found my chicken coop. Eggcellant products

These coops work great for my needs. I live in the suburbs with a very small yard. These don’t take up a lot of space and still allow my hens have the space under the Eglu coop as part of their run space. I have 10 large hens. 5 for each Eglu Cube (but they could hold a couple more each). They are amazing in the cold weather - my Eglu stayed above freezing inside even when it was in the 20’s outside. My only concern is the summer. I live in the South and it’s pretty hot here (in the low 100’s now). The coop gets too hot. I have the coops in a run that is covered with tarps. I wish there was a way to add additional ventilation (windows/openings) for better circulation in the extreme heat. Other than that, they are perfect, solid coops that I can’t imagine anything (maybe a large Grizzly) being able to get inside of it.

We have a small backyard in town, so for a while we thought keeping chickens was out of the question. Our eglu makes it totally doable! It’s fun, convenient, and attractive in our yard. After set up, there is very little maintenance required. Cleaning is a BREEZE and our hens are so happy in there.
