I started with an original Eglu Classic 7 years ago. Then I moved and and had to give it away. So it was with great delight that, after having moved into a house with a garden again, I was able to get some more girls. I bought my Eglu Go and am delighted to say that it's amazingly easy to clean (the house takes about 10 minutes) and my 4 little bantams love it. The only thing I miss from the Classic is the egg port in the side. The back door to the house still feels a little flimsy to me and I'm constantly checking to make sure it's shut properly. Other than than, I'm thrilled with it, and so are my girls ...... really, really easy to use, very intuitive design and so easy to clean. We've put a bit of a jungle gym inside the run for our girls (an up-turned flower pot, a log and a perspex box) which they climb up on and take turns pushing each other off of - very entertaining. A few little climbing frames in Eglu Green might be quite a nice idea :-))

have had it in use a fortnight now and am delighted with it. It is so easy to dismantle to clean it. My three chickens, Higgledy, Piggledy and Speckledy, soon seemed comfortable with their new surroundings and, apart from one day with only two eggs, we have had three eggs every day since the day we installed them. They had difficulty with the ladder at first as it was obviously not in their experience and their antics trying to get up and down gave us much amusement. My one queery over the water tank was answered efficiently and immediately. I am very satisfied with my Eglu Cube and thank you.

So quick and easy to clean out and maintain. The chickens seem to love it and settled into it immediately. Looks great in the garden too. Omlet forum has been particularly useful as has advice and help from helpline.

The house is very easy to keep clean the chicken love it and it adds a bit of colour to the garden!!

Thankfully the man who delivered erected and brought the chickens was excellent - good advice and helpful. Since we get 3 to 4 eggs a day from the 4 birds - like most things not cheap but we got what we payed for. One of the best bday presents ever for my wife -thanks again and we have already recommended you to others.

Love the colour! Looks even better than i could imagine. We already have a green cube and was a bit worried purple was the wrong choice. It really brightens up the garden. The cube itself is fantastic. If you are toying with the idea of a purple cube go for it, i love the green but purple is the way foward!

I agree with the points others have made regarding detaching the run from the coop (difficult for cleaning regularly), moving the coop and run regularly (too heavy for one person) and the size of the food/drink holders (far too big!). Also my chickens are having problems with the roosting bars so we are having to leave these out until they (hopefully) grow a little more. Otherwise it's secure and snug and they seem to have settled in quite happily

Exactly as its description. I have quite a small garden in 3 different sections and have managed to fit the Eglu in. I have 3 chickens and during the day they are free ranging the garden but it's good to know I have somewhere safe and relatively spacious for them at night and when they need to be 'contained' (e.g.BBQs etc). The eglu is very easy to clean takes 15mins - so I can clean them out every 3 days.The girls really like the 'glug' water container. From everything I have read so far I am hopeful that because of the ease of cleaning I will not come face to face with the dreaded red mite.

The cube cost more than I ideally wanted to spend but after much deliberation and research I decided it was the right product for me....and thankfully it was (I also purchased the extra 1M run). The customer service was good and I was grateful the product was set up by the 'omlet' delivery man. The cube is completely manageable for one person to move (my hens get fresh grass every week). Cleaning takes hardly any time at all and my 2 hens seem very happy. I feel that 4 hens is the maximum I would want to keep in this size run
