Received our Eglu 4 weeks after ordering. I was able to assemble it myself using the provided instructions and YouTube videos.. took a couple hours, but I also was caring for 2 young children at the same time. So far, I have 9 teenage bantam chickens in the Eglu and they seem to be loving it. I think it is very safe and secure! Very happy with our purchase.

I am a first time chicken mama, bought your book and then the coop. After the coop arrived, I had my family help with putting it together. I have 15 chicks about six weeks old and have ordered a much larger coop in the process of being built. The chicks have been learning how to climb the ladder this week and their antics are amusing to watch. I'm glad I ordered the OMLET because it will be a backup coop for future chicks.

We purchased our 2nd Eglu Mk 2 this year after finding our first was so much better than our old wooden coop. Its a dream to clean, stays more hygienic longer, People worry about the ladder but we have Isa browns and Australorps and both were able to get up and down no problem after being shown once. The light and auto door makes our life so much easier and the chickens go in on their own on time and we feel happy that they are safe and secure from the Aussie predators like foxes and quolls. Both coops easily fit a large rooster and 5 hens and could probably fit in 1 or 2 more if needed. Highly recommend.

I'm glad that I bought my Eglu Go, but stupidly hadn't realised that it's not quite as easy to clean out as shown! I have put hay on the white tray to make my girls comfortable, most of which falls through into the droppings tray below making it not as simple to clean as described. However, overall I'm pleased - easier to clean than my old wooden coop and more importantly my rescue hens seem to like it.

This thing is designed very well and once assembled seems real sturdy. We are able to move it around using the wheel kit and really like that aspect. We have not put any chickens in it yet as we are currently shopping around for some. It looks like 6 chickens would be about the limit for this, but 4 would probably be a better fit. My wife and I put this together and we are accustomed to working together on projects. We could tell from the number of parts that it would take longer than the 3 hour estimate and it did. More like 7 hours. Everything arrived well packaged. It did fit together nicely and seems well designed. All in all we are happy with the purchase and if it keeps the numerous predators we have living around us out, we will be very pleased. It looks like it should be able to.

We have now had the Go Up for a month and are very pleased with it. We have kept chickens for many years and had flocks of up to 25 birds, but age (we are in early 70s) means clean a large chicken house was getting too difficult. So we reduced to x3 medium size birds and the Go Up is ideal. Cleaning out is a breeze; volume of straw required is minimal (bit for them to lay eggs in), high enough off the ground to stop rats nesting, easy to move, dose not look out of place in the garden - ticks all the boxes for us. My wife and daughter assembled it, as I was temporarily incapacitated, and had little difficulty. They did get a little confused initially as the house comes with assembly instructions for the Eglu Go but the Eglu Go Up instructions are in the box with the wheels, which we didn’t see until after they had tried to fit some of the wire panels, which of course were wrong. Once corrected everything was fine. There were plenty of clips for the wire panels. We are very pleased with the Eglu Go Up and would recommend it to anyone wanting to keep a few chickens in a garden or small space. Eggs from your own chickens are far tastier then those from the shops.

I bought this with an extra tray and roost, so keeping it clean only takes moments. I swap them out, hose off and let them dry in the garage. Easy to move, and very secure from predators

I finally received the coop after waiting 8 weeks! Definitely worth the wait! Our ladies love the coop! It is perfect! Wonderful product!!!
