I have recently brought an eglu go, i have been keeping chickens for about 4 years now and have had different styles of wooden houses and even a pvc! I wished i had done my home work years ago and brought an eglu go , it is so much easier to clean, i love the back door, it gives so much access and a doddle to clean. My girls dont seem to be a fan of the feeder, although this is not a big deal as they have an emperor feeder in their 4metre by 3 metre enclosure. If i add up the cost of the money i have spent on previous houses i could have 4 eglus in my garden! That would be one or each girl! Never mind i got there in the end ........ I love my eglu.

Having lost two chooks in wooden housing I wanted a house that I could clean out and dry in double quick time. This is a peach! We put ours together and it's not the easiest of flat packing scenarios, however 2-3 hours is all it took. I agree the run is not easy to get into and out of, but it is so easy to move around to fresh ground and we have a lumpy bumpy orchard garden. Plus to keep Foxy Features out I'd recommend buying extra clips and to keep looking for any weaknesses. I do as we live in open countryside and the security aspect of the cube was another deciding factor. In fact Omlet stuff is so good I'm saving for the WIR. If you can collect, I would. We had no bashes owing to us acting as courier. Staff at Omlet were brilliant at packing the car! Just ordered the girls - now have five chooks - an extreme weather jacket. Is it wrong that I am the excited one? If you're hesitating and have the money, don't - just buy! You will not be disappointed. Oh and one more thing, we have cable tied a rubber mat with holes in to our ladder, as for me that is Omlet's Achilles Heel on this design. But their only one.

I bought one of these several years ago now because I have back problems and wanted a chicken house that would last and I could look after without bending and it is still working well. One wheel rusted through eventually, but Omlet replaced both immediately and were very helpful. My only disappointment was that there is no raised perch. Birds perching in front of each other can get pecked so mine tend to sit in the nest box which means I have to clean it out more often. Easy to clean with pressure washer or steam cleaner and importantly I can manage to keep the red mite population down by hand killing them where they hide as nice and visible.

Love this product. I have tried all sorts and this is brilliant, lovely clean duck house, no smells, no flies and lasts ages. Nothing comes close. Very happy ducks :-)

Bought this before i got my 6 chucks. I could not live without it now! After 10 months ive just introduced 5 ex-battery hens. The fence is doing a fine job of keeping them separate but still able to see and get to know each other without too many fights!

On the whole I love my cube although I had a ramp made rather than that stupid ladder. The slot under the nest box is a nuisance as the bedding drops through which is just throwing money away. Impossible to engage the wheels with just one person. However I love the cube it is easy to clean much warmer than the old wooden coop I had and looks good in the garden.

Since extending my run, I was struggling to work out where to put my feeder, without obscuring my view of my gorgeous birds... the feeder stand was the perfect answer! The birds love the position and also take it turns to perch on top of it! Great product again, thanks Omlet!

I used the spray for 5 days both on the neck and around the vent of a hen with sores where the others had pecked her. Unfortunately the spray did not stop the pecking and the sores got bigger. So now she is on oral antibiotics and has been isolated and it looking much better.

Great bedding and for floor of coop for my chickens :)

Fab product. So easy to put up and my chooks love the extra space. Made all the difference.
