Any item purchased is as stated in quality and description. Customer service is excellent. I purchased a protection cover 18 months ago which was ripped with prevailing storms and queried its durability with Omlet. Rachael who handled my query was patient and informative. I received another cover even though the original was a summer lightweight cover and not made for stormy weater. It was partly my misunderstanding however she obliged by sending me a free replacement. Customer service is second to; none. Very pleased all round. Thnk you again Rachael.

I just switched over those these pellets and my girls love them! And they are producing way more eggs. My boyfriend braught one in that was nearly double size! So that tells me there's lots of nutrient.

I bought these for my 18 week old chickens for a treat, it too a while for them to realise what it is as it wasn't in their food bowl but once they worked It out it is their favourite treat, they wait by the gate at 6 every night for it or come running if your early. I am onto my second box. I bought the vegetable and garlic mix to but they aren't as keen. will continue to buy,

My chickens loved the pecker balls but only when I placed them on the floor. Unfortunately, when the treats were inside the treat holder, the chickens were not interested at all in pecking at them.

At first they didn't want them, they wouldn't even try them...not sure why. BUT when they did try them they (3 hens) will eat a whole one in a couple of hours so I tend to only give them one per week as a treat.
