I would like to know more about the parrots. Im interested in buying a larger breed of parrots

Hi-- I am a senior and a vet (Vietnam era) living in subsidized housing, Melbourne, Florida where the Housing Authority gave me permission to have a parrot in my apt along with my 9 yr old Shih-Tzu Nellie. I had a Quaker once but would like to have something a bit larger but not as big as a Macaw. African Greys are my favorite but I don't want to take on any bird with plucking problems. A friend of mine has a family up in Garner NC, so I could probably ride up with him to meet you and see if one of your parrots might take to me. Of course this idea won't work if multiple trips are going to be required... so I'd like to have some idea of what you have and what the total cost would be-- including or not including a cage. I'm open to suggestions on where we might go from here. Also, what price are you asking say for a Orange-winged Amazon or Moluccan Cockatoo, Yellow-headed Amazon, or Umbrella Cockatoo or an African Grey ( if the Adoption fees are not too cost prohibitive for me.
