I’ve trained several Scotties and they train well in agility and companion dogs. They are very good ratters and it’s best to keep on leash for walking. Fun, playful, sensitive, good with kids if both children and dog are taught manners. Coat upkeep by brushing is a must. Not all of them are lapdogs but want to see and be close to you.
